Initial Consultation

We begin with a complimentary consultation to connect, discuss your pregnancy, postpartum goals, concerns, and the type of support you’re looking for. This is a chance for us to get to know one another and see if we’re a good fit.

Doula Introduction Meeting

After the consultation, we’ll schedule a more in-depth introduction meeting where you’ll learn more about my approach to care and the support I provide throughout your postpartum journey.

During this meeting, you’ll receive a Welcome Packet that includes:

  • Service information

  • Package options

  • Frequently asked questions

  • Postpartum support resources

  • Agreements and next steps

Agreements & Booking Confirmation

Once you choose your package:

  • Service agreements are signed

  • Your package is secured through payment

  • Your official onboarding process begins

Member Portal Access

After enrollment, clients receive exclusive access to the Member Portal, which includes:

  • Virtual postpartum resources

  • Educational guides and planning tools

  • In-person support resources and referrals

  • Scheduling and communication tools

  • Client-exclusive materials and updates

Welcome Postpartum Care Kit

As a welcome gift, clients receive a curated Postpartum Care Kit designed to support rest, recovery, nourishment, and ease during the postpartum transition.

Ongoing Postpartum Support

From there, we begin working together through your selected package with compassionate, personalized postpartum care tailored to your family’s needs.

Option A: Sign On & Purchase a Doula Package

If you’re ready to begin your support journey, you may select and purchase a postpartum doula package that best fits your family’s needs.

Option B: Book a Postpartum Planning Session

Not quite ready to commit to a package? You can schedule a Postpartum Planning Session first. This session helps you create a personalized postpartum care plan while giving you additional time to decide if ongoing doula support is right for you.
