During your visit, support may include: Emotional support and postpartum wellness check-ins Newborn care education and hands-on guidance Feeding support (breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, or combination feeding) Meal and snack preparation using wholesome ingredients Light household tasks such as laundry, dishes, bottle washing, and tidying shared spaces Grocery organization and postpartum pantry support Babywearing, soothing, swaddling, and infant care education Partner and sibling adjustment support Herbal tea preparation and holistic postpartum wellness practices Time for you to shower, nap, or simply rest while your baby is lovingly cared for Referrals and personalized resources when additional support is needed Every visit is centered around one simple question: "What would make today feel easier for you?"
