We'll take time to talk about how you're feeling, what you've been experiencing, and what kind of support would feel most helpful right now. We can discuss postpartum recovery, nourishment, rest, infant care, feeding, emotional well-being, or simply make space for you to be heard. Whether you're having a particularly difficult day or just need a moment to reconnect with yourself, this is care centered around you.
